ON-SITE REGISTRATION

Participants seeking access to the Spring Meetings venues, especially on the dates when the security perimeter is established around the buildings, must be accredited in advance of the 2023 Spring Meetings. Participants are required to carry their passports or other means of photographic identification. As Meetings badges should bear the most recent photograph, participants should plan to present themselves to be photographed and obtain their individual identification badges.

Facilities for onsite accreditation are very limited and onsite accreditation is not guaranteed. Please plan your attendance at the Spring Meetings events in advance.

Further information on on-site registration may be provided closer to the Meetings dates.
